Absolutely not. Your files are strictly yours. JetPDF is built on advanced client-side architecture, meaning every tool runs locally inside your web browser. Your documents and images are never uploaded, transmitted, or saved to any external servers. Once you close your browser tab, your data is gone.

Are company files safe with your service?
Yes, inherently safe. Because your files never traverse the internet and are processed entirely on your own local machine, JetPDF bypasses the vulnerabilities associated with cloud storage. This localized processing ensures you remain fully compliant with the strictest corporate data privacy policies and global standards like GDPR and HIPAA.

Are there any file size limits or daily quotas?
No limits. Traditional PDF tools limit your file sizes because server space and bandwidth are expensive. Since JetPDF utilizes your device’s own processing power (CPU and RAM) to handle the conversions, we don’t have those massive server costs. You can process as many files as you want, as large as you want, completely free.

What are your system requirements?
We require only a modern, updated web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari) with JavaScript enabled. Because the heavy lifting is done locally, processing massive, graphic-heavy PDFs will perform faster on computers or smartphones with more available RAM and a stronger CPU.

Why does my conversion take a long time?
Unlike other platforms, JetPDF’s speed does not depend on your internet connection or server traffic, because there are no upload or download queues. Processing speed depends entirely on your device’s hardware. If a conversion is taking a while, it is likely a very large file being processed by your CPU. Closing other heavy browser tabs can instantly speed up the process.
